However, I don’t really see how it’s “racist” - especially since you don’t know the motivations of the person who got the tattoo. They may well be Native American.
Sometimes I draw Pugs wearing clothes. Is it silly? Yes. Is it meant to offend anyone? No.

As someone with a mixed background (yes, I’m British by birth but my family is a mix of different nationalities) I really do not appreciate being called racist, especially for something that I did not even draw.
